Question 1

Is there a free plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Free includes 25 short links and 5 trackable QR codes a month, unlimited static QR codes, 30 days of analytics and a link in bio page. No credit card is needed.

Question 2

What counts toward the monthly limits?

Accepted Answer

Only new short links and trackable QR codes created during the month. Clicks, scans and destination edits are never limited, and links you already have keep working when a new month starts.

Question 3

Is a plan per person or per workspace?

Accepted Answer

Per workspace. Each workspace has its own plan, links, QR codes and page. Everyone you invite works under that workspace's plan; the Pro plan includes 3 seats.

Question 4

What happens to my links if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Existing links and trackable QR codes keep redirecting after you cancel and after the paid period ends; the workspace moves to the Free plan. Links you delete, set to expire or that are blocked for safety follow those controls.

Question 5

Which currency are prices in?

Accepted Answer

All plans are billed monthly in US dollars.
